I see you move plenty, but you always have a certain spot per station that you return to. This is a great habit for a cook.

I have done 1000 plus covers before it’s brutal and you just want it to stop but it doesn’t it’s a never ending nightmare until you close 😂 but a least you get music we don’t our music is the printer all night

Yeah the sauté section is the hardest, or the chef who is running the Pass but just depends on the night 🤙🏼
