Thanks for posting this, it’s helped me out. Hopefully you are still active here on KZfaq. I have a l3130, and I’m looking at a bh92 backhoe attachment with the subframe. I will need to run my lines to the rear to power the backhoe. Can you show those hose at the rear in a little more detail? I really just need to see which hose they put the male and female quick connects on. Also where they mounted them on rear end. I’m guessing I can just go to the local hydraulic place with the old power beyond hose with some measurements and have them make me two hoses. Is there anything else to making the attachment work besides this hose and the subframe?

just need the hose and the subframe. I can email you pictures if you get me an email address. you can send me an email to Daveknowshow@aol.com

Thanks the log splitter does have a built in control valve lever with 2 hose so the power beyond hose from the block will connect on the in of the log splitter and on the out side will go back to the front end loader power beyond ? And when the log splitter is not in use the will connect together. I just want to make sure I'm getting this right don't what to mess the hydraulic pump up

+Jennifer Claxton no I believe its the power beyond hose from the loader valve connects to the input of the log splitter. then there should be an outlet on the log splitter that the hose attaches to that is labeled out or power beyond. that hose goes to the block on the passenger side of the tractor. same one shown in this video. if you look up the log splitter online the instruction should show this in the install package.

It would of been nice if you went a little slower and showed more video on the hoses that are connecting to the back hole. I kind of figure what you're doing! But then nice to see the two hoses that go into the backhoe. And went a little slower showing when you're not using the backhoe.

sorry about that. I can email pictures if you like.

My tractor has the same setup except for the backhoe part. If I wanted to add rear remotes can’t I run the hose from power beyond to the kit and from there back to the loader valve?
@daveknowshow2 жыл бұрын
yes you can, however if you go after the loader valve then the loader will take precedence over the remotes which is likely more desirable.

SAVED ME A LOT OF TIME TO HOOK UP POWER DOWN HYDRAULICS. WHY DON'T TRACTOR MFG INCLUDE THIS? IT IS S SIMPLE ENGINEERING CHANGE.
@daveknowshow4 жыл бұрын
there is a lot to be desired with many of these tractors and the hydraulic systems they use.

Thanks for the info! Do you know how to plumb in for front remote hydraulic if you already have the power beyond running to the back for top/tilt?
@daveknowshow4 ай бұрын
Yes just jump right in the circuit to the back with a valve that when activated sends fluid to the front.
@joro97584 ай бұрын
@daveknowshow So, sorry for asking dumb questions 😅 Would I just be able to tee in there, and have pressure to both? My hose is already running to the back, like yours. I need to feed a new front remote kit the will have an electronic valve. Thanks for taking time to help me!

I went to the New Holland dealership and they told me I only need one line I don't need a return. I told me to get off on the valve lock and go back to the back hole. And I know that's wrong. I was just going to put my return line into the 3-point hitch reservoir. There is a plug in the port hole. 7/1/23

you dont necessarily need a back to tank line however you do need a continuation of the power beyond line. watching my video adding rear remotes and understanding tractor hydraulics will explain this in better detail. maybe? you can email me questions to Daveknowshow@aol.com

+Bison Workshop yea it was a young lady that was having a tractor issue and I needed to show her where this part was located and a bit about it.

Where do you get the 3 port power beyond block
@daveknowshow2 жыл бұрын
it comes stock on most tractors that have a loader. if its not there as in with some older model Kubota's its located under the seat at the rear. you can order most any of these parts through messicks online.

Is that filter attached to the back to tank line?
@daveknowshow6 жыл бұрын
I'm NOT 100% sure but I believe it is in the back to tank circuit.

I had to change my valve now can't get three point and loader to work together l3450 kubota justled lines and get the hitch working or justled line and got loader working . changed valve when backhoe was on and didn't know new valve was going to me trouble on the hitch till i tried to raise bush hog,I'm all jacked up ,can you help?

see my video on understanding tractor hydraulics. it sounds like you have the back to tank line and the power beyond line crossed from the front end loader control. this will cause the three point to only work slightly when the loader valve is operated. typically the loader take precedence over the three point. when the loader valve is operated the three point will not raise. hope that helps. if you need more help after watching the other video just let me know.

@@daveknowshow I forgot yo mention ,when I disconnected all lines for the loader ,the 3 point wouldn't do anything
@daveknowshow2 жыл бұрын
@@walterrosevally2591 yep sound like the power beyond and the back to tank line is crossed. you can send me an email to DAVEKNOWSHOW@AOL.COM I will be glad to look up the information and try to walk you through it over the phone if need me. just include the model and serial number of the tractor.

So I run the hose from the power beyond block to the in side of the wood splitter lever and run the other hose from the out side of the lever back to the power beyond to the front end loader lever ?
@daveknowshow8 жыл бұрын
+Jennifer Claxton run the power beyond hose from the loader control lever to the rear of the tractor install a quick connector on it. then run a hose from the rear of the tractor to where the power beyond hose hooked into that block on the side of the tractor shown in this video. when the log splitter is NOT being used quick connect the two lines at the rear of the tractor together creating a loop. when the splitter is used connect those two hoses to the log splitter control valve input port and the other to the "output loop" of the control valve. if the log splitter has a built in control lever it should have two hoses coming out of it that will be used for making the connections.

Hi, your loader valve has connected with 3 hoses or 2?( except the 4 lines for hydraulic cylinders) Normally such valves had stamped one side a "P" other side a "T" which P=pump or power and T= return to tank So my question is : Using correct connection to a hydrostatic transmission tractor into a loader valve need 2 hoses to work or 3? The relief valve you show under tractor has 3 hoses that one is IN, other OUT and last in return according to manual If need 3 where exact you find other port in loader valve if only has 2 ports? If need only 2hoses to connect tractor to loader valve which one you choose from relief valve? The IN the OUT ?to give flow from tractor to loader, and second for sure is return. Thank you
@daveknowshow7 жыл бұрын
from my understanding it depends on the valve type "open center" or " closed " one has a power beyond port, an inlet port, and a back to tank port. some do NOT have the back to tank port. for example most back hoes on these kubota tractors are fed with two lines and is hooked in series between the power beyond ports from on valve too the inlet port of another valve. so the answer to your question is dependent on which valve you have and how you hook it up. in my video series " adding rear remotes" the valve I used is added into the circuit by connecting the power beyond from the loader valve, or from the main distribution block under the floor board tractor right side to the inlet side of the new valve, come out the new valve's power beyond port to the inlet of the next valve, and from the T " back to tank " port to the main distribution block that is "back to tank" . hope that clarifies. you may want to look at the video series about adding rear remotes.

Thank you for your answer, yea i have seen videos on mounting rear remote as mention me. I need to connect a front-loader valve with 2 hoses one P other T( as seen to valve ) to the relief valve of a HST tractor which this relief valve has 3 bolts which manual says one is input , other is output , last is return. You think that if i connect the hose from loader valve to output port of relief tractor valve , and other hose of loader valve stamped T connect to return port of relief valve will work? Or this system will need all 3 ports connected? PB -P-T? Best regards , nice videos!
@daveknowshow7 жыл бұрын
yes it will likely work fine. keep in mind that as long as you tie in at the main distribution block where the relief is if its wrong the relief will kick in and stay on constantly. you will hear the tractor straining due to the relief kicking in constantly. sounds like you have it figured out. if you ever choose to add rear remotes you may have to change that controller to a three hose system power beyond, power in, and tank.
@KOSTAS22317 жыл бұрын
So you say an open center valve can not work to a closed center circuit? Which is exact the PB port in valve of tractor? The inner line the outer line or the return? Best regards
@daveknowshow7 жыл бұрын
I will recheck mine today and maybe post a new video. which valve did you buy? what model number? and brand name? I will look it up and see if I can tell if it will work.
