I really like these family-oriented videos. As well as still being educational and helping us enthusiasts/Builders/mechanics learn more and more about these things, as we share important information with each other. With that being said my friend. I have a question that I'm sure you can help with, because this is your business. I did Mount my little 80cc on a super cycle 1800 😂 and let me tell you it was a tight fit, as well as the rails are thick. luckily the rear Rail was still the same standard sizes as Most bikes. But the rest of the Rails are so freaking thick, like overly thick, that to even mount the gas tank I had to make my own straps out of all purpose strapping. So now onto my actual question. Because this is a supercycle 180, it had the smaller rims on it. At some point I must have upgraded to have 26 inch rims on it. I just don't remember, however they are basic bicycle rims so this is where my problem is lying. The front Rim seems to be handling it fine however the rear Rim, obviously, cannot handle the beating from the motor. so needless to say I struggle to keep my sprocket true and most definitely the rim. I already have one Broken Spoke and I cannot drive on it because I keep getting derailments due to the fact that the sprocket is not lined up with the chain and keeps derailing. Thus dangerous situation and can break stuff. Now I know you sell the bbr rims and their 26in. Which means I would definitely have to upgrade to rear disc brakes. I suppose they could be mechanical to keep the price point down, correct? As well would I have trouble mounting a magnum rim, with the disc brake, adapter and sprocket attached to this stupid supercycle 1800? Because honestly your BBR'S is truly the only way I see getting some longevity out of my rear rim. I can live without the front one but it wouldn't look as good. But they're pricey and I'm in Canada, however if that's the trade-off to have the reliability. I'm definitely interested,. so maybe you can just give me a little bit of info on those? So if I do buy them I can ensure they'll fit and go on this Frame nicely. Sorry for the long comment and Thank you in advance

Would be cool to get a bolt on exhuast upgrade. I've got a BT80 with a 100cc head and piston on it. No exhuast options without fabrication.

Where is the follow-up video to this video because I have my 100cc from bikeberry and I doordash on it every day I put about 40 to 60 miles a day on it and it is still killing it like a beast I even took the chain off of my pedal sprocket and it's just a full-time motorcycle as long as I get it started by pushing it. I recommend drilling holes in the cap of the muffler as well as drilling holes the carburetor cover or get a bigger carburetor. I have a 28 tooth sprocket and I top out at 23 going on flat ground and 31 going down hill. Definitely put over 500 since buying it. The number one problem that I've had with this engine is that the chain for some reason no matter what just takes a shit. I have used different chain tensioners I have used springs I have used different Wheels I have bent them so on and so forth and the only thing I find that works is a Honda accord belt tentioner wheel with a spring tentioner I bought from Amazon. Please get rid of the plastic wheels for the chain tensioner and replace them with something metal. Every plastic wheel that I've had for a chain tensioner has exploded at about 25-28

The stock style plastic chain rollers are garbage. I used BB arched chain tensioner with the high quality metal sprocket style chain roller. Also if you haven't already get rid of the 410 chain and go to a dirt bike style 415 chain. I built my motorized bike with all upgrade parts from BB the engine was a cheap 80cc engine from eBay. The bike would average 50mph (I ran a mixture of nitromethane, gas, 2 stroke oil, and molly additive) the fastest that bike went was 70mph going down hill. Never had any issues with the chain, tensioner, or chain roller after buying the upgraded parts. Cheer hope this helps mate.

I could do that. I think the results would be negligible but it’d be worth a shot.

Strangely enough I bought one of those 100 cc engine kits but I found that there was so much vibration then I thought the engine was going to fall apart only thing I can think of is at the crankshaft was not balanced correctly either at the that the factory or something else.

Hmm, wonder what the issue was there. If you bought it from BB then there’s a 6 mo warranty to get a replacement.

Hi people, I recently bought the new v2 100 cc. I’m past the break in period and long story short it only does 25 mph?? Is it just mine or is this engine only capable of doing that while stock. Input would be appreciated.

@@tonytaylor5087 oh OK I gotcha that’s cool man I enjoy your videos. Maybe you can answer another question what dimensions do you need to fit a two stroke engine on a mountain bike I try to fit a 4stroke it won’t fit in between the bottom of the frame and the top crossbar
