WHAT THE HELL! In my computer science course, the professor made it SO complicated!!!!! Not to mention since you will most likely never interact with this, in just wen over my head. College, in some instances, are a joke. All hail self-education!

Sat through a two hour lecture and read the chapter in my textbook along with so many internet posts on this and didn't understand the IPv6 stuff at all. All of that was new being only like 2-3 years old at max. This 7 year old video made me understand this in 9 minutes. You are a godsend.

I will tell you a true story. It took me a while to learn binary. I wouldn’t say it with such myself but the teachers explanation didn’t help then I found a channel that really helped me. I can now also count binary in reverse. If I would have came across your channel first, I would have understood binary straight away.

Thanks so much. I can now see why those ones and zeros were used to make up these characters. Just by looking at a character or a nibble, it seems clear what bits are turned off and which ones are turned on to make up each nibble out of the 4 such nibbles in each group of the IPv6 address.
