ну какие то калибры и шаблоны они используют, единственное узкое место это полировка стенок цилиндра,чем они тут измеряют чистоту поверхности остаётся за кадром

В 1992- м году довелось поработать на УралАЗ, это где делают автомобили УРАЛ, в цехе гидравлики, участок главного тормозного цилиндра. Работал на хонинговании, мой основной инструмент, кроме самого станка разумеется, был микрометр которым я проверял внутренний диаметр. Это была конечная операция и сразу от меня цилиндр шёл на стол приёмки- сразу за моей спиной. Там каждый - каждый проверял приёмщик, а если шла партия на военный заказ, то ещё приёмщик от военных.

Hard Working Guys! What about energy efficiency and pollution control? No blast heating, no waste heat recovery, no flue gas processing, no checks for chemical composition, microstructure, or mechanical properties! The people using these brake cylinders need to be really lucky.

Supreme precision here! You can tell how much the employees care about their products by the way they throw them on the ground after an op and I'm sure that yellow paint will fill in any cracks in the sub standard castings and I can't believe the disregard for care of the o rings when installing those pistons . This is why I only buy American made products!

@@jmans4928 That chunk of metal is responsible for stopping a vehicle, and from the size if it, a BIG one. Poor manufacturing practices make them less reliable... which just may ending up failing and killing some innocent baby...

It’s crazy the lack of quality control. I would not trust my life on brake cylinders that aren’t manufactured to stringent tolerances. Everything appears to be freehand. I can appreciate the hard work, but I can’t trust my life on these products.

I saw the video again and I can say these are top quality cylinders , Very robust and well polished inside, and the molding and the steel was very good also, a lot of attention to the details that really matter, not what some Mr big talker say is good or bad.

They dont have the economy for a heavy mass production. Work labor is much cheaper in that sense.
