I've grown out of wanting my ex back, matter of fact I now realized she is not good enough for me

He left me for someone else but he doesn't seem to be happy with her right now. He's asking our friend if we still talk but I told a friend to tell him not anymore. He's trying to reach out but I decided to move on from him. I already had my trust broken. It's not a simple break up so even being friends with each other I won't reconsider. I realized the pain I felt the first isn't the same anymore. Slowly it's fading away. Thank you for sharing! My situation was different. My ex completely stopped viewing my stories and liking my pictures the moment things ended. I was still viewing all his stories, to prove that I can still "see him" and be okay and also there's no bad blood between us. Since we ended off in good terms, it hurt to notice he just started treating me like I was a ghost. But what I'm realizing is...even him muting me or just purposely avoiding my posts, doesn't matter. Doesn't mean he moved on. And I deactivated my social media to avoid feeling this way, and I feel so much better! Whatever you're going through guys, there's always a way to make things easier for you..if not you'll be overthinking everything!

1 year since the breakup, shes not on social media, last I checked was 4 months ago. I unfollowed her to give her that space to be alone as she wanted to, and that was 8 months ago. I never heard a word from her. I dont honestly even need to hear from her, my life is already great, I'm talking to other girls and I'm having fun. 1 year...i never thought I'd be in this state of peace, but I am so happy i found this channel and worked my ass off and achieved that growth 💪

After a year & a half my ex started calling me again. He's with someone else, I've blocked him pm all SM, still talk to some of his cousins but never reach out to him. He'll call from an "unavailable" number to see if I 've changed my #(I assume) then He'll call during the day (so I guess his GF doesn't catch him at it) and I feel zero obligation to answer these calls.

What about if an ex wants to catch up as he thinks it would be 'nice to catch up and clear the air'? Thank you!

I think being asked about the cat is not confusing at all: it’s a good, huge and very obvious excuse. The cat is usually treated as a child of the couple during the relationship, so it’s only natural to ask, as an excuse, after a breakup.

I'm completely blocked on everything. Our official breakup was not a bad one at all. Been two months since I've had any contact with her. And February 5th was the day she broke it off. I'm doing what I can, but its really difficult tbh. I dislike that she is on my mind while I know for a fact that I'm not on hers.

For mine, it was slow removal. 1st was communication apps then Netflix then KZfaq Premium. Then slowly removing collaborator for 2 of our posts after someone liked it. Then our highlights were slowly being removed. Some were still up there. And I saw on her IG story that she's happy and going out with colleagues to eat. Lol I doubt no contact makes her miss me.

Im blocked in my ex FB, but i saw that her status is still married with our anniversary, but we are not yet married because my father wont allow for now the same sex relationship but that was her status even when we are ok, weve been together for almost 9yrs and shes been living in our house. I had a weird one this morning. I still have my house hey where she's living. Yesterday morning she finished work and "forgot" her key at work. No idea how she puts it in her bag. I mean she has done it before when we lived together but she rang me to come bring her my key. I mean she could have come and got it herself and my mum would have given her it. Five weeks after the break up an incident happened that was not started by me rather an acquaintance who was upset that I still takes to his ex girlfriend. It was directed at me for revenge.
