LOVE the ladder and would consider purchasing for sure. Concerns though to add extra weight om the door. Aluminum perhaps?? Also, loving the channel, was hoping to see the green wrap or paint in process

Hey! Great to hear some progress on the new awning mounts, I emailed in a few weeks ago about that! It looks like a perfect solution... Exciting! Hopefully they could be utilised to store some side-mounted gear too? Awning one side, and shovel or traction boards the other side, etc. The expedition rack really needs some mounting accessories! Stan

Yeah, the tow loop covers don’t fit flush to the bumper so it looks crooked. I would vote for”yes” on tweaking those so that they don’t look crooked when installed.

Thank you for your innovative creations. Can I remind you that us PHEV owners would like a bit of love …. The storage of EV charge cables in the boot is an issue. Could you design a Molle plate of some description that utilises the right rear parcel shelf cover hooks as a securing point please

Funny you should say that - love is heading your way Paul ! If you look on the floor in the office at this part of the video kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pbyHrK9irNanpqM.html You will see there is a charging cable for a PHEV on the floor ! We are looking at a storage box for the reversed spare wheel to hold the charger ! We are also working on a locator for the side gear box that locates the charger. I know the jack is also an issue. I do like your idea also - let me look into this more.

Simon…you make us dizzy just listening to your mind bursting with ideas! It will be interesting to see the costs outcome of that upgraded screen as I would think JLR would be asking a bunch! Now…my 2022 L494 RRS autobiography wirh “ everything” sec…has actually got a few things missing…a victim of the dreaded chip shortage. I was puzzled why I could not get the surround cameras to work and ended up back at JLR only to discover that mine is indeed a car without surround images! Argghh….they say that I cannot upgrade to add them now but I thought that I might know a man for that job!! I have the rear reversing camera but the door mirror and front grille ones are mussing. How impossible is to retro fit them though?? I fear it could cost a lot but wonder if everything is actually in place and only the cameras are deleted/ not fitted? Any ideas on that one team???🫢😀😀😀 Good work as usual and I see that OCTA is getting closer….Mrs Powerful must be digging deep to write a cheque that big!😱😱😃😃😃😃

Afternoon Richard - Drop Destiny an Email with your chassis number and she can take a look at what modules you have on your car. My guess is it is missing the camera module and wiring - this would be a painful upgrade i think. As well as the hardware the software would need to be activated. We have our name down for an Octa but still not sure its so expensive.

@@L663 Simon thank you. I fear exactly what you say…the cameras are missing under the door mirrors but it does have the rear one and the adaptive cruise works but no visible camera as on the old D Sport. I was told they are c£400 each but I doubt the technology is there unless they installed everything but didn’t have the chips to make them work. Surround was listed as standard on the 2021 builds so I was expecting mine had it as well but not so. An Octa would be an interesting version for the channel but I hear prices of nearly £200,000 which sounds crazy…is a 5.0L Carparhian much different for a great deal less? I hope you do get one..we shall look upon it with envy…best not take it to bits too much though! 😀😀😀 I will get the chassis number asap but please don’t send too much time on it…I think I just have to save up to get a newer one next year…if H can still get in them by then! 😱😀😀😀

Hi Simon…… with that black lower bumper panel on the 90 Defender…., where do you engage the crank handle???? Also with all your charging units for phones and laptops and other technology do you have a lead that has a cigarette charger unit on the end of it???? I need shit like that so it can relate to my 1972 suffix A Range Rover…. Without power steering!!!! Kind regards Ian 👨‍🎤🇳🇿👍😎🍸🍸

I need to get the classic out again.... need to drive it back to France to get the MOT done again as they wont give me a log book for the car as the MOT is over 6 months old - even though it is valid for 2 years..... French bureaucracy !

most of the recent Iphone come with magsafe built in - its a sort of electromagnet built into the phone.
