So excited for your coming meet! Would you please provide some contents that the training and nutrition differences when it comes down to two nearest meets, for example one is after one month later? Thank you sir

I'm not sure exactly what you mean here? Do you mean the differences between normal training diet and meet week diet or something?

Thank you, I used notorious lifts which are good because they are so grippy. I used to use sabos but found that I sometimes slipped in those

Nice work mate. I was wondering how the wrist wraps help you? I noticed you put them on even with you light warm up sets, why? I'm asking because I have smallish wrists and get bad wrist and elbow pain mostly caused by my squats.

When it gets close to comp I like to keep things very specific and as close to comp conditions as possible just to get more reps in with everything feeling how it should in comp. At heavy weights it's pretty much essential for me as low bar squat would fold my wrists

There's some quite good videos about it on KZfaq. Alexander Bromley has a good one. I have quite a few good tips I learned from experience over the times doing them as well

What do you plan on eating day of comp?

Nothing too heavy as I'd probably throw up during squat. Normally it's simple carbs like some cereal in the morning then take a tub of rice/pasta to reheat there for lunch. Plus some bags of jelly sweets to snack on during the day.

how come during your taper week you still keep in non specific exercises like high bar? is it just to keep your body feeling right on the lead up to comp?

High bar taxes my legs more whereas low bar hits my lower back a fair bit. For me lower back generally takes more time to recover so we kept the back fresh
