Week 7 day 1 of this series documenting my powerlifting training for 9 weeks up to a competition. Today was the start of a new week with squats bench press and we also tried some grip implements for the first time like rolling thunder.

Hey Hadyn... You can use a Band and just loop onto something solid and then just loop onto your thumb and work the thumb muscle that way or and aswell I turn the grippers or CoC back to front in the palm of my hand and you can work the thumb muscle more and just do lots of sets and reps.
