Great info! Outsourcing makes SO much sense in this business. What percentage of your gross income are you spending on outsourcing the work?

You need to have a general grasp of what's happening inside of the account, otherwise you won't know if an assistant is doing the right job or not. There are a ton of places to find assistants. Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, etc.

I'm late to the party so I don't know if I'll be able to get a response here... but I have a seemingly simple question. Customers obviously must have their card on file on the google ads in order to pay for the clicks/views etc. How do you get someone to trust you and set up their google ads for them with their card on file? Do you make a separate campaign on your google ads account and link their business profile, etc? I have experience with google ads for my auto detailing business, it kept us in business through some rough months this year. I already have a niche, I already know how to run the ads, but I need a little bit of guidance on setting things up.

That's one way of doing it. There are many others as well. Regardless, you have to put yourself in front of potential clients by doing it yourself, or paying someone else to do it for you.

Yes... you should always use a business account for your funds. Get started the right way at the beginning.

You could probably make it work with an iPad... if you're NOT running the Google Ads yourself or building the landing pages. With that said, I'd use a desktop or laptop. It's much more efficient and can do everything you want.

How do you write proposals?

We don't anymore. We used to, now we just send an email with talking points. I used to spend HOURS writing up a beautiful proposal for each prospective new client. I started just doing an email with the talking points (I've crafted a template) and just fill it in with the info we spoke about. This saved me TONS of time and there was no difference in conversion rates.
