I have a small team of myself and 4 others. I built my agency slowly for 4 years... and then I wasn't happy with my income, so I doubled it in 45 days. At that point, I hired someone else. I'm not interested in having a HUGE team or an agency with hundreds of clients. I like the size of our agency as it provides me a great work life balance and I can manage it with very little work each day.

Love it! when outsourcing, How do you keep control/manage what the contractors are doing? do you use a google ads manager account and then ad them as a manager or is there smoother software?

I have 2 VA's in the Phillipines... and they are awesome! As far as benefits to our VA's... we don't offer them. We just pay them really well and sometimes will find out how much they need to cover their benefits and pay it to them (sometimes it's less than $20/month).

My agency started back in 2013. And YES... it's still possible... VERY possible. Our course (teaching those how to start a Google Ads agency) was just released earlier this year and is being updated each and every week with new tactics/information. We teach you EVERYTHING that has gotten me to the place where I am now. Nothing is held back. And I show you how to do it as fast as possible. Let me know if you have any other questions. What's your opinion of a Call Only Ads Agency?

It really depends on the industry and competition. However, a lot of people still fill out forms for information and those are VERY valuable leads and should be taken advantage of. We find that in some accounts, that 15% or more are leads where people fill out forms instead of calling (for many reasons... maybe they can't talk right now, it's late at night, they are at work, etc). That's the main reason we give people BOTH options to fill out the form or call the business that we are working with. We don't want to leave ANY of those leads out there.
