i went to Prague on vacation, got a job as an English teacher and lived there for 3 years. Every American should go to Prague for a year or 3. nelepsi mesto na zeme!

I loved my long weekend in Prague. Madonna flew in the day we flew home. The castle is amazing. I was told I wouldn't be able to travel on the coach tours because of my wheelchair but I ended up with an ex Olympic javelin thrower as my tour guide. I've never seen so many teddy bears on sticks and Mary Poppins look a likes. See kept following the wrong one. ILOL😂

The Moldau by Smetana is one of the most famous symphonies for classic music fans. I've always been moved by its tunes. It was like a vivid picture of Slavic folk's lives : the country dance, the flowing river, and finally the sea that takes it as the final destination. The song mimics a river of human lives with its ebb and flow, its joy and grief, laughter and moan.

Prague is very beautiful city. I stayed there for 3 days and it was most memorable! People are very good, soft natured and helpful. More interestingly people understand English very well. I found many Indian restaurants with good food and was very happy. Hope I will get chance to visit this astonishing city again.

I discovered Prague 51 years ago, I went there six times after 1966 and I still love this city, even if it is invaded by turists from the whole world. I forgot to say that I am Belgian.

I'm to going to be 37 and my travel dreams are just starting to come into fruition! I just returned from Germany, The Netherlands, and Belgium. Prague is definitely on my list if you have any tips on cheap travel and accommodations I'd love to get as much knowledge as I can. Traveling is an extremely important part of my life I NEED to do it more it's what I've been dreaming about, but never thought was attainable, since I was a kid. Now that I know it is attainable I will always "keep on traveling" forever!

I first performed The Moldau at age fifteen in orchestra and instantly fell in love with romantic music. Learning about Smetana and his struggle as a deaf composer made me realize how much I will enjoy Prague when i visit! Thank you rick steves! I would Encourage anyone to visit the Bedrich Smetana Museum! I know I will. I hope to see a 1st. String Quartet in E Minor perfomrance; all four movements! If anyone has had the amazing opportunity to listen to it live, id love to hear back about your experience!

My first glimpsed of this beautiful city in the film " Chasing Liberty " where both the leading actors where on top of that building while watching a consierto on that plaza - and taking around the cobb ed street with the hero & heroine - along Prague - since then - i fell in love with Prague ! The first glimsed of Prague - Chech - was in the film Schindler's List " only that was a war story - where Hitler - really reserved it - perhaps he fell in love too - that's why it was not touched -

Prague my favourite City with bridges,church,river,cemetery’s,music Jewish area ,art museums and life style.A great holiday location one I adored with parks and walks in the sideways and music to savour at concerts that showed the gifts of musicians.The clocks a feature to behold.Saw. s Set. of plays and concerts i situs where the artists played.A. majestic city .Toured in 198/9s great times.Ann Deakin 28th November 20#0.
