I bless myself in public when I say grace before and after eating, as well as when I am in earshot of someone who blasphemes the name of God, as I make a prayer of reparation in my mind and I could not care less if anyone thinks I am a nutter - I am not ashamed of being Catholic! 🙏

Hi Father, I don't care what others think, I care what Jesus Christ thinks, I've always crossed myself when passing a church and if a herse goes by I stop and cross myself and pray for the persons soul.. I won't stop now I love God I'm not perfect but I'm striving forward reading bible, doing rosary in my home daily together, going into church when I'm out for to spend bit of time in front of tabernacle as said I'm trying and I'm handing over to God to do as he wills with me . I have to keep my faith simple reverent and open to God to do more in me through his will🙏

Knee injuries can make it difficult to kneel for long. And if I can't grab something to get back up, it won't be a pretty sight. But I bow as deeply as I can. I'll do the rest of those more to make up for it. ❤❤❤

When you consider the awe reverence and holy fear the Israelites approached the ark of the covenant how then do we explain our casual irreverent treatment of our Lord and Saviour in the tabernacle?

Good summation, Father. I dont think that it is too much to ask to show due deference to God - God who has created all matter, all cosmological laws and all physical matter laws - throughout 93 trillion light year miles encompassing the entire known Universe. Perhaps this scale better shows the sovereignty of God relative to each one of us. The Bible says look to the sky to see the wonder of God. Do this and then show due to deference to God. One final point - taking the Lords name in vain needs to mentioned too. If we believe Jesus is God made man, then we must never ever take His name in vain. Thanks Father.
