If I had to take a bet, I think it'll be purple, blue, and white... perhaps with a faded orange/yellow/red inside collar to represent the Utah sunset over Zion. That's also how I would construct the jersey haha

I think they will use a Purple mostly with bright orange not a burnt orange with a small amount of Ice blue.

I personally hope they do an almost crossover type of thing with the Utah Jazz, but not the current jazz colors, the ones from 1996-2002. So the purple, light blue ones with the mountains. Just making those basketball jerseys into hockey jerseys would be fire!

Purple should be the main color. Rustic orange, baby/powder blue, silver, black or cream could be the second or third color. Any combination of those colors for 2nd or 3rd would be nice. I need to remember to buy myself a Utah jersey when they finally come into the league.

I think you've hit the nail on the head, really. Purple, orange, and black is a really good color scheme that is used by very few (if any) professional sports teams.

The Utah Yeti Jersey was really good and smart thinking by the artist being that it's very similar to the jazz jerseys and they are owned by the same person.

Great video! I wholeheartedly agree that the team should use purple as the primary color. Ryan Smith seemed to hint at the team using light blue, so I almost wonder if we see something similar to the 90’s Jazz uniforms (which I would be FULLY on board for).

I would agree with all that but I think you might well see bright orange aswell. But I think the 90's Jazz uniforms will act as inspiration for the N.H.L team would be my guess. I think they will go with H.C Hockey. Club as a placeholder team name for a season. They should go for Yeti but I think in the end Scorpions will be the choice.

Purple - main colour / Pale blue (think the shade used by Penguins in their first winter classic) - secondary / Gold & White - tertiary. NO to Orange!!

If the NHL wants hockey back in the Arizona market, I don't think we see any color schemes that mimic previous Phoenix/Arizona jerseys. Although the NHL doesn't have final say on Utah's final team colors (at least I don't think they do), I'm pretty sure they'll provide some "feedback".

I think it's Utah that have mountains that look purple i think that is why the Jazz used purple before. I would use Purple as a main color then as secondly color maybe a green or sky blue and that rust color . Purple,Sky Blue or Green then rust maybe as sa trim or even a bronze

I think it would be cool if they chose the name Utah Rattlers and then their primary color ways a cream/off white and then of course their secondary was teal/light green with red outlines. Similar to the rattlesnake design in the one video but with a few minor tweaks.

Alan Shields Hamilton South Lanarkshire Scotland. I am going to guess Utah use Purple , bright orange & ice blue a very plale sky blue. That would be my best guess. Yeti would be my preferred name but my gut feeling is they go with H.C. Hockey. Club as a placeholder for a season before switching to Scorpions, something I believe would not be a good choice. Keep Safe.

Orange and green?? For Utah?? No way. I think they’ll either be the Hive or Swarm with colors based on the new Utah flag (red, white, blue, yellow accents) or if they decide to go the snowy route with Yetis or something and match the Jazz then purple with light blue and white accents. The third possibility I see are southwest canyon colors with burnt orange/red/yellow, which would also call back to the team’s history in Arizona. However I don’t think that history is going to be a significant factor since the new Utah team is technically an expansion team and not a relocation of the Coyotes.

I really like Purple and Orange, however, I genuinely feel like the name has to FIT the color scheme, with everyone wanting Yetis as the name, Purple Orange wouldn’t fit Yetis at all

I think they will go with H.C Hockey. Club as a placeholder name for a season. But end up going with Scorpions. Yeti would be my pick but I think ownership will go with Scorpions ultimately in the end as I think it will be seen as easier logo , merchandise & marketing wise than Yeti as any Yeti logo could possibly date badly in years to come.

We know that is not going to happen we have been told the identity will be separate as in the name. they might use Coyotes colours for future third jerseys but that will be it. From what he have been told but the ownership & media.

I honestly think it's gonna be the state flag colors, with navy being predominant, gold and white being secondary colors and red being an accent color, much like what Vegas and Seattle are doing with their reds. As much as purple is my favorite color, it's kinda hard to fit it in a sports team's branding.

As a fan of the Coyotes from Arizona, I'm for ditching EVERYTHING COYOTES! With Alex Meruelo still hoping fo get another franchise in Arizona and his history, the fanbase is tired of Alex Meruelo. We dont want him to be apart with future hockey in the state.Go with the name YETI and tweak the colors and the colors. I really like the TROUT DESIGN, but with the Yeyi name and colors. The players loved Arizona; They were loved here! It's time for everyone to move forward. I wish them all the best.

The Utah Stingers the only logical answer the Beehive logo is on the State Trooper cars Utah is known as the Bee state from the Minor League Baseball team to the State Trooper cars etc. the Utah Stingers makes perfect sense the colors would be Yellow and Black. ⚫️🟡🐝🏒🥅⛸🧊

I can see Issues with that team name. Charlotte Hornets G League team is could Greensboro Swarm could perhaps be legal issues with Swarm as a name I am not sure.
