The most interesting thing about this episode was the way Claudia said May 5 their dad died and Margo’s birthday is May 6. That must have been so traumatic for a little kid because birthdays are so big when you’re little. I wonder how or if this has affected her. As a child of divorce and then losing my mom I wish the Steens did a Patreon that was really serious on their dad and how it affected them. Just to be able to feel less alone. Maybe I’m being selfish because I know it’s probably so hard to talk about. But as a toaster who has been through it. It’s comforting to know I’m not alone. Love my girls.& thank you for bringing so much light to my life because I found you girlies the week I lost my mom and you’re all I could watch and I relistened to every Patreon over and over just to get through my grieving process. ❤🙏🏻

Old El Paso was started in El Paso. The company was in Anthony New Mexico which is right in the NM/TX state line… it was bought out in the early 2000s by General Mills and closed! My mom was one of the ones that got laid off 🫣 but old El Paso is NOT real Mexican season! Keep it simple: meat, salt, garlic and onion powder, cumin. Fry your own shells too! Love a fellow Mexican toaster!

MY HUBAND’S TACO SEASONING RECIPE 2 tablespoons chili powder 2 tablespoons cumin (turdy you should add this last and just a little at a time so you can figure out how much you like) 1 tablespoon chipotle powder 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 1 tablespoon salon complete seasoning Also spices do go bad after a while so maybe get these all new and see if that helps, hope you like it!!

To the First Dear Toaster- what about nose bridge filler to at least soften the bump on the nose? I used to work at a med spa and we did liquid rhinoplasty all the time & people were usually so pleased! It’s also WAY less invasive and could be an easier compromise with your fiancé?
