In this video I have shared my exercises and diet routine that I followed during my pregnancy period.. though both my delivery is normal I wouldn't insist that normal delivery is best.. whether its a c section or normal delivery v want a healthy baby and speedy recovery. Exercises help you for speedy recovery and diet ensures healthy baby..

From 7th month.. everyone in my family ,i mean my cousins takes rice water with butter from 7th month.. none of us faced diabetes

Dear Madam, I am in Canada on work permit and my new born baby is now in India, I am applying for a visitor visa for my new born baby (1 month old ) in India.. Does Immigration medical exam needed for even a 1 month baby for visa processing? and can I sign visa application forms on behalf of my baby as she is just one old?

Visitor visa thaane for kid if u r in work permit.. medical is not required for Visitor visa

Thanks Madam for a quick reply! But I called IRCC and checked on the medicals for new born's visitor visa .. They said biometric is not needed for a new born but medical is required.. and I checked with immigration medical department in Apollo Hospital as well, they said medicals needed and that is too minimal medical exam.. that's why I sought your help here.. Please guide me here

I think you forgot or missed one important message: more than that good doctor is very important, I went to one shiver temple there they displayed some manthra for normal delivery I read that. Everything goes Normal finally we struck with one devil doctor, upto night 9.30 doctor said everything ok we can try for normal then after 5 minutes they said baby heartbit very low c section must even though I argued with doctor at night 9.45 pm then doctor threatened us if anything happened to we are not responsible like that then finally I signed for c section.. next day duty doctors asking what's the reason for c section because in patient history they didn't mention anything.. very bad experience.. this message I am sharing for awareness choose good doctors ...
