Love that your birth plan is flexible. So many moms have a set in stone plan and are disappointed and anxious when it doesn’t happen. My husband and I wanted a safe delivery, healthy baby and me and that’s what happen.

It is super scary going into labour and yes it’s quite painful but honestly - you forget so fast it’ll all be a blur. You are most correct that going in with a positive attitude and mindset will be most helpful. And being induced made labour way more painful than not. So fingers crossed you don’t have to be:) You are going to make a wonderful mommy!❤️❤️ You got this!!!

I had 3 babies and I had no stretch marks until 3 days before the last baby was born (not bad ones though). Almost made it! I love your wonderful, affirming attitude about bringing a new life into this world.

All the best. Make sure you try to get as much sleep as possible when she arrives: let the house get messy, get a cleaner just don’t run yourself too ragged.

Thank you🥰 my first introduction to Hypnobirthing was reading the book: Holistic Hypnobirthing. It has some amazing tips and guidelines for the beginning and end of your pregnancy! Then I downloaded the app called: Gentle Birth that has hypnobirthing audios that are really relaxing and are to be used during labor so I am excited to try it out! Hope this helps you 🤗

Technically I’m due in 2 weeks but I’m kinda in denial that I still have a lot of time left 🤣🤣🤣 and she’s still doesn’t have a name 😅 but here we have a month after delivery to have their name registered 🤣
