For those who find this flow too fast, I recommend watching it in 0.75 speed. For me that gives all the time to breathe and hold the poses. A wonderful sequence, thank you Sarah.

Cheers, that was great advice. Was exactly what I needed to relieve tightness & breathe through it. Regular speed would've been painful, frankly.

the speed you are going in makes me feel like i'm more rushed and pushed than calming and relaxing, otherwise very nice sequence

My favourite pregnancy routine I’ve found so far, thank you🙏🏼 I cried at the end, think I had been holding a lot of emotion and when I released the tension it came out!

The movement was perfect for release throughout my upper back, which is so helpful! Thank you for the sequence. Quick, but effective none the less. Definitely a routine to add to my cycle of bedtime yoga videos.

This was incredible! I was getting a bit discouraged with my Yoga practice during pregnancy but I stumbled across your video and this one was just perfect. Thank you so much ♥️ Some poses/sequences could be just slightly longer to get a bit more into it

This was amazing and just what I needed. Unfortunately I found it hard to switch my mind off but the stretch felt good and got rid of some physical tension so hopefully I sleep well tonight!

This made me feel quite stressed as it was so rushed and I feel that there wasn’t much time to hold and breathe into the poses

This was too fast for a yin yoga - I wanted to hold the poses way longer. It felt very rushed.

Are the seated forward folds with arms in eagle pose safe to do in third trimester? Made me feel like belly was compressed and felt extremely nauseous after, very upsetting

nice moves, but way too fast! Breathing needs more time especially during pregnancy. I felt hurried...
