Almost 32 weeks and have been doing this since third trimester started. I feel the pain mostly down in my tailbone and this routine kills the pain almost instantly! I do this every night before bed and it helps me get a much better night's sleep!

I am 19 weeks pregnant and the past week I have felt an old lower back and hip injury flair up again. My physical therapist warned me it would potentially hurt during pregnancy. I have pelvic girdle pain (SPD), and I’m only 17 weeks and sometimes it’s hard for me to walk and so incredibly painful it feels like my lower back & hip muscles are going to tear in half. I was able to do everything in the video at my own pace and I did notice a big difference in the severity of my flare up. I’m definitely glad I found this! And I’ll be sharing with my preggo friends as well.

Super helpful and easy! I’m 20 weeks and have back problems since before my pregnancy. I work 10-13hrs on my feet there’s days an hour into my shift my back is super tense and in pain that I can’t walk towards the end of the day. I will be doing this daily if possible
