I followed your yoga videos everyday starting at 18 weeks pregnant and I truly believe it helped me have an easy labor! It was my first and I pushed her out within ten minutes and didn’t tear at all! I’m now 9 weeks postpartum and love following your postpartum workouts as well!

I followed the Pregnancy Yoga second trimester (30 minute prenatal yoga) video everyday until I was about 28 weeks And then I followed the Third trimester pregnancy yoga (prepare your body for a positive birth) video every day (I took a few days off here and there )

I have been working out with your videos since my second Trimester and girl! You helped me enjoy my pregnancy and helped me keep in shape all through out! I gave birth last month and I am now 4 weeks postpartum. I hope this is safe for me. Because if the workouts my tummy is almost flight just a little exercises to firm it ❤

Not sure what day I’m up to now, but in week 3 and for the first time was able to do a couple of the advanced moves. Still having slight dining with the others but definitely improving!! Thank you so much 😊

Day 1 of this workout 4 months post c-section! I will keep with it! I really enjoyed it. Thanks for making videos that are easy to follow and not as time consuming ❤ For some of the moves is it okay to tuck my hands under my bum? I feel the modified moves too easy but the advanced ones I can’t do 😮. But I found that tucking my hands under I can do them better

So I’m 8 weeks post partum with my third. This is day 4 of doing your video, I’m just doing the easy versions but still getting a thin bulge when I contract my stomach, is this bad or should I keep going? I have a 3 finger separation. Thank you for your videos I love them!

Iv been doing this video and your other lower ab for DR healing for almost two months every day. I feel like I saw drastic difference in two weeks but from there it seems to have plateaued. Is this normal? Do I just keep working and time will show the progress?

Day 1 of these workouts.. Iam in my month 6 of pp.. Will continue commenting abt the results... Will be back in 7th day.. Edit 1 : I have done the exercise 3 days.. And took rest for 3 days.... Now continuing the exercise... Will come back after a week

You will want to wait for clearance from your provider for postpartum exercise (Usually 6-8 weeks post c-section) Congratulations on your baby💞

I wish you wouldn’t keep using those deceptive thumbnails. I love your stuff, but that feels wrong. You can tell you’re sticking it out and have the musculature already in place. Those before and after a could be the same day just a minute apart. I love your stuff aside from that.

This is actually an old postpartum image (not sticking it out). I also wish that this isn't the type of image people click on and I don't like posting thumbnail like this. However, this style of thumbnail is the difference between a video that gets 4000 views vs. 700, 000 views. The ads in the videos literally feed and support my family because my content is for free.
