Are you an expecting parent? Prenatal yoga is a great way to stay active during your pregnancy. It helps to create a more comfortable pregnancy and functional birth. In this video you will learn how to safely modify yoga postures while expecting. I will focus on five areas to be mindful of when practicing yoga during pregnancy🧘🏻. These guidelines are helpful for both experienced yogis and those new to yoga.
Postures are suitable for all trimesters. Modify as needed. A folded blanket, throw pillow and bolster are optional props for this class. Please consult your care provider to assure exercise is appropriate for you at this time.
