Hiiiii first off I love this video!! I am just starting to get into my lifting journey and I was wondering if you had any advice to share. I’ve always been active and conscious of my diet but I want to get a more “lean” look and build some muscle.

@@Gerbil-jn1iu hii first thank you!! glad you like the vlogs😌 im gonna guess that you want that “toned” look since u wanna be lean + gain muscles.. if you are just starting the lifting journey, i would definitely focus on gaining muscles first!! Once u start gaining muscles, even with the same body fat %, you will look more toned.. also eat carbs to fuel yourself for your workout and protein to help grow muscles!!
