In day 6 & 7, what is step-by-step process? 1) Sit, 2) focus 3) take a slow deep breath-in & breath-out 4) spell out mantra and listen to it. 5) again take deep breath-in and breath-out and repeat mantra ? Is this the sequence of steps to be followed even after day 7. Please clarify.

I always loved meditating (roop dhyan) but I used to not believe in mantras and as I experimented, repeating a mantra before studying I can feel the difference in my concentration level. Same problem with me I wake up 3 or 4 am daily and in intial days I do chant on my finger These techniques are really do work very fast. आपको अगर meditation करना होगा तो आप कोई ना कोई रास्ता जरूर nikal loge.

Tumko next day ke liye raat se hi pakka maan bnake Sona parega ki kal mujhe 4:30 uthna hai toh uthna hai , and 1 bar clock se timing dekh lena . Uske baad khud hi subah 4:30 tumari neend khul jayegi , uske baad tere pe depend hai ki uthna ya nhi . Ya kuch bahut yada excited chiz krni ho next day , tab khud neend khul jayegi . And alarm wala tarika yeh hai ki , alarm bed se kuch steps duri par lagana , jisse khud uth krr jana pade alarm band krne ke liye .
