Bhaiya i wanted to show my gratitude towards you because as you have stated in your previous video to do mediatation for 7 days i have done and today in exam i just recalled the formula , in exam my mind was telling me no i would not be able to recall it but then i just thought of u that u have said that if we have read anything then its in my mind it and i clised my eyes and i recollected it . We now know brahmacharya is important. True very true Now how to practice it in this modern era? Earlier there were gurukuls, sant mahatma did tapasya for 1000 years but we can't do it If u say wake up in morning, do meditation but the concentration isn't focused and also where to focus, thoughts keep going, i feel more tensed during meditation rather than mind fresh. If i go in park, i even slept once, controlling the mind especially 3rd eye is really difficulr or likely impossible for me or anyone. Since lockdown my memory has devastadly decreased, i could learn full book before lockdown but now i hate rotting as it doesn't fit in my mind. Moreover i m becoming very careless observant in life and don't remember things in long term...

Vaiya, PLZ REPLY! UR topics r really great, spirituality in studies, but I'm facing a big problem. Whenever I do Bhajan , japa my mind starts growing away from this material world and later I don't find any Ruchi in studying these material studies. Iam doing designing, but my parents and relatives want me to do upsc, also I hv this desire. But due to Bhajan all my desire keep flowing away. And my mind says goal of life is Krishna, so just get a simple design job and don,t desire for upsc. These r material desires!
