I loved this cozy blog. I miss the vlogs from the time when Tamara used to live in Paris, she cooked, shopped decoratios for the home, walked with friends in the park...so cozy. Nowdays its only travels and work, so it was a bit of refreshment this vlog

Oh that was such a cozy vlog - love it! Can you maybe make a book recommendation video? for those cold days... Maybe with categories (life, mental health, business,etc.) I would really appreciate that. Or maybe also a productivity video about how you plan your day and how you organize everything. Best pillow for your neck: Tri Core cervical pillow - get standard size and firm. Basically it’s a pillow with a trapezoid depression in the middle. It’ll be under $100 for sure. I recommend it to all my patients and use it myself.

When I met my husband I didn't even know how to turn on the induction cooker to boil water. I had been in my apartment 6 months. For many years together I didn't cook. Now I cook every day and prepare delicious food. There is a season for everything. No rush :)

Ah hello from Cape Town South Africa! Rooibos is soooo good for you and is usually caffeine free. We make rooibos latte’s now, our version of a chai latte, incredible! The fact that Fillipo lived in SA for a while makes me like him even more 😄

I had to pause the vlog to comment because everything you say and like are same as mine , like for me the most important is sleeping well so having the best mattress and pillows , having clean hair (good blow dry) , having a spa bathroom at home 😍 all for my well being first 🧘‍♀️ ❤ While I’m writing I want to answer also your question . I paired my mattress with beauty rest pillows that are also super firm. Idk if this helps you. I actually found the pillows randomly at Marshall’s lol. I’m sure once you try things out you will find what you like.
