Rule of threes. 3 minutes without air, 3 hours without shelter, three days without water, three weeks without food. All will be progressively unpleasant. Listen to Ana. Plan accordingly. Thanks Ana!

Don't forget toiletries and stuff like laundry liquid and also sanitary items for ladies if needed.

Great tips, Ana! Your pantry is looking great. My focus lately is an shtf meal-plan. Just making sure I can properly prepare simple tasty meals with the proper amount of vitamins. I've been writing down a lot of "no-bake" recipie's and basic boil and go soup recipe's. Trying to prepare more complex sauces now and store them. 😂 It's getting interesting to say the least. I'm sure I will wonder what I was thinking! Other than that it's tinned soups, stews, and beans like everyone else with instant mash! 💗🎉

I've been prepping for almost three years on a limited budget. I use my vacuum sealer with the bags and jars for longer term. I also use a notebook to keep an update on my supplies. It's only just me, but being on a govt pension is tight, and so I am very careful of what I need to keep. This video is a great reminder I need to move some of my items around and update my shelves. As always, thank you Ana for your great information and kindness to share.
