I appreciate it so much when people have the eye to see things the way they are meant to be seen. please if you don't mind tell me a little about yourself as I truly love to get to know my fans.

i started watching your videos back in 2011 when you first created your channel, because i grew up in a home where we did not cook a lot of food ourselves. this is very typical of white americans of my generation. both parents worked a lot and they found it difficult to raise 3-5 children while running the household. some can do it and some can't do it. in your traditional persian food DVD, you talked a lot about transfering the knowledge between generations, from grandparents to parents to children. i'm not persian, but we have this problem in every part of american culture today. my grandparents cooked all their own food, and many interesting local recipes and techniques. all this was lost in the generation of my parents, and now we have to try and create new traditions and recover lost knowledge. so even though i'm not a persian person, i feel like everything you say can be applied to my family and my situation. thanks for everything you and sharing yourself with us.

you apparently have never been in the kitchen of an upscale restaurant. no one works with fork when they are working on presentation or even for that matter preparation of your food. so don't ever go to an upscale restaurant to eat.
