How did it get better? Just got a I-797 for the wife it is now 36 month extension on removal of conditions.

Arthur, we filed I-751 in April of 2020 and 23 months later, they still haven’t scheduled us for an interview. When doing a case inquiry with uscis, they simply changed the date of “them going to schedule us for an interview” from june of 2021 to february of 2022. basically we’ve been waiting for an interview after our fingerprint last June for 9 months now. Our 24 months going to expire and dunno what to do. I guess infopass?

No. Ignore this loose talk. The crackpots in Congress just spit out loose talk about OPT, and they have been talking trash about OPT for years . . AND . . . nothing comes of it . . . EXCEPT Obama got EXTRA TIME for STEM Extended OPT which is now Extended for 24 MONTHS after the original 12 months of OPT . . .

I am 2 year conditional greencard. Expired last 2021 i haveny returned us Because of restrictions and lockdown here in my country. and unfortunately husband's got hospitalized here also now this year 2022 my husband recently flew back to texas now i leave here does he could files this form to me so ill get extension to go back to texas with my derivative dependant is my daughters. Which joint in my filing of I-485 , please. Sir notice me i need enlightenment. I wanna go back to texas my husband's and my son is back already😩😩

Ignore and concentrate on your studies.Years ago I was in the exact situation with all this rumors.Nothing materializes and you realize you wasted time overthinking.

Thank you for your valuable information on i751. Actually I'm also applicant of i751. I married to US citizen in 2016. I got my conditional green card in 2017 but unfortunately our marriege broken and ended with divorce. My conditional green card was going to expire in 2019. Than in February 2019 I filed i751 ROC, I get extension letter in March 2019 and biometric in May 2019. Since May 2019 my case status is showing that case is ready for interview. I visited two times for infopass(passport stamp) after expiration of 18 months Extension. First in December 2020 and other one in October 2021. So far March 2022 neither any update nor interview. I don't know what's going on over there. Please reply me if you have any information regarding my situation.

What about i765 delays?? Nobody got employment based EADs 12 months already

Biden is working to clear those delays, but Trump and COVID-19 really broke the already broken system. We have clients in New Orleans waiting forever and a day, and will probably get the GREEN CARD and never ever get the EAD . . . that is how bad things are . . .
