Folks, this is Part 1 of 3 (Bottling and Drinking/Staying Alive next) for how to ferment apple cider. About six million apples were picked from Ben's apple trees this fall harvest and we decided to turn them into some bubbling alcoholic beverages. Please note this is our first time even attempting this and, as of writing, we haven't even tried the cider so don't try this at home.
