Works great. Been using the Presto Blue Pen for years. Had my Ruger LCP for 5 years and the finish was gone. Used the Blue Pen on it a year ago and turned out great. Excellent for scratches on the slide and other places as well.

Great before and after for an easy DIY project. Even if it doesn't last that long it made a world of difference for the short term. Looks great!

Always use protection gloves ;) even clean hands have oils and when you touch the metal you are leaving oils on it ;) just a tip

Great vid Rob. How do you think that stuff would do on a benchmade deep carry clip? After the crappy paint is removed of course. Maybe give us a demo?! Thanks

That's a good idea. I have a mini onslaught and I've been looking for a way to blacken the clip. Ima have to buy this pen and blue that clip.

+Randy Parker Yes, I cleaned the areas before applying the pen. You want to make sure all oils and dirt are gone from the surface you're treating so the reaction between bluing chemicals and steel can have maximum effect. Blessings to you as well!

4 minutes to get started, and the I had to constantly fast forward, you should focus on making your videos more to the point and agile, just a suggestion
