This video is going to tell you exactly what you need to do to prevent prediabetes and lower your blood sugar naturally without medications. First, I'll briefly cover cutoff blood glucose and A1c values for prediabetes and diabetes. Then you'll learn how to check your blood sugars and home. Lastly, you'll learn the steps you can take to keep your blood sugar in normal ranges, including what types of food to eat.

I think that's the hardest thing for me as well! First step is recognizing it. Have you revisited the emotional eating masterclass in my course? I really like to reflect on the 6 questions: where am I, who am I with, what am I doing, what am I feeling, how can I fill those emotions without food.

Snacking throughout the day and even after dinner - generally with sugary foods was my downfall. For three weeks I’ve been cutting out all added sugar. I was shocked how easy it has been to eliminate these habits just by changing my mindset, eating enough protein, and drinking plenty of water!

I hear from many people that once they implement some of the strategies you mentioned (protein, water, mindset) giving up so much sugar is way easier than they thought!
