This guy has been a legendary BBQ/Grill/Fire-Cooked-Food enthusiast and instructor for decades now! How does he only have 24k subscribers? Somebody help with the KZfaq algorithm and get this channel some exposure! I've been eagerly learning from Steven for years through his books and TV shows. Thanks for all you do Steven!

Ever try Bogalusa Dpare Ribs?? Whole spare ribs with absolutely NO trimming at all. Season smoke and sauce. No wrap at all.

Like the project smoke show but man, you eat beef way too rare for me. That smoked tenderloin you made once was barely cooked at all. I wouldn't consider it safe.
