This is really nice and the property is lovely. But, the price is a bit high, in my opinion.

The price on this home is twice what I paid for a 3300 square ft home 3 bd 2 bath with 25000 gallon inground pool and hot tub on 1 1\2 acre it sets on. My place is all electric so bills run me 600 with water bill included. I can’t imagine anyone paying this price.

I miss the days when tiny homes were affordable. When spending $15,000 on one was splurging. If I'm going spend $400K on a home, it sure as hell better be more than 400 sq ft. Or on 300 acres.

Beautiful house but the price is insane. I live in NY ON LONG ISLAND and I think this is expensive. I would never move out of NY and buy a house that's as expensive as a large house here. It's sad because we are looking to downsize in another state. This will not be where we go.

The prices of these are a joke. They are only catering to the California weirdos who will pay that kind of money for essentially a house that should cost Less than 100k.
