These are works of art. Edible art. I’ve just started substituting lard for oil. Amazing. I did fried chicken and no coating is necessary. Much tastier too. Have you guys ever tried frying in lard? I highly recommend it. Stay well

I was raised in a meat country where everybody is a master of cooking meat. The weekend always calls for a good barbecue, and meat is ready when it reaches the point that you have reached! Hey guys, can you do some video with a chuck roast? I am thinking up a recipe on the grill where I first sear it, then slow cook it like a brisket. Haven't tried it yet, but would love to you guys take shot at it. Chuck roast is difficult because it has some tough sinew but also some really nice flavored meat. It is pretty difficult to get right.
