I do have one issue with his design, though. His proportions I think are just wrong. His legs looked too short and his arms looked to big. But thankfully, this figure fixes those problems

They only “worked” be use they were on cybertron, they would look like shitty vintage shlock on earth, which is why I prefer the bayverse designs. More dynamic and fit the realism merit more that the bumblebee movie designs ever will. Honestly most geewun designs never looked good, so I could see why bay changed them up.

@@dropkick2224 sort of true some of the Bay designs were great redesign like Grimlock,Shockwave and all the Constructicons but then there are characters like Megatron and Ratchet which weren't as good as the other designs but were still fine while some designs like Starscream and Wheeljack were just dumb

@@dropkick2224 The Bumblebee designs faced the problem of the fact that some of the G1 designs are literally flat out stupid.Optimus and Soundwave had great designs in the movie but some were definitely not suitable as Earth modes but they had the excuse of being in Cybertron to have cool but broken designs because they were on a cool and broken world,the Bayverse designs were still broken but not too stupid although Starscream being a dorito was dumb

@@Gaskette_Shadow you're right, they're not. The aesthetic is different enough to differentiate them. But they still try to go for that G1 Aesthetic, albeit one is taking inspiration while the other seeks to replicate it entirely. Either way, I'd really only want one of those representations in my collection. This is also an attempt at self control. If I can avoid a sub line of figures after the utter HAVOC the last 3 years have wrecked on my wallet from 2 fronts (I collect WFC trilogy, bayverse studio series and recently the autobot MPMs) Imma try to save for at least a year lol.
