You don't go to a Primus concert to get laid......but rather to have a provocative $100 vocabulary lesson within Les Claypool's Absurdist Circus Maximus. I've always admired his lyrical eloquence over the decades (both Primus and solo projects.)

Man if I wasn't a kid when they were touring in the 90s I would've been a dedicated lady in the audience. Would've been so rad to see them in that era.

Metallica missed out on a chance to be among someone better than anyone they'll ever know. We got lucky, he would be wasted in Metallica. Metallica has been embarrassing since the black album in my opinion. But they're super-rich, so there's that.

I had this on tape too -- any chance you can date it? Saturday, 1, 8, 15, 22 or 29 if January 1994.
@ShitifoundonVHS2 жыл бұрын
The 1994 Melbourne Big Day Out was January 23, and Sydney was on January 26. Primus only played those two shows of that BDO run, so the interview and crowd footage would've been shot around then and aired shortly after. Nomad was airing at 8pm on Thursdays, so there are reasonable odds that the TV air date was January 27.
