@@ayer1420 In the book, yes! Reading the book fills in a lot of holes left from the movie. For example, the pizza scene with Alex and his mother when he came out to her. If you like the movie I would definitely recommend reading the book, it really adds more depth to their relationship and their feelings for each other.

@@Just4AZ1 a lot of videos are short edits with short clips and constantly changing colors, but that is only good if you are doing an edit video. For my style of content, Im doing a commentary video. With netflix and other platforms, I do not have such a problem on YT, but for some reason, Amazon prime wont let me upload anyhing for shit haha. Also do not know, if it also can be because I am from Europe, so I have a different set of rules on YT. I found this as the only resolution. Either this, or do not upload at all. And bc I put a lot of work into this video, I just wanted it to be love by some.

I really spiraled into an eternal loop of videos of them in youtube after watching the movie twice lmao It's edits, after interviews, edits again and may be watching the movie for the 3rd time again lmao. And it does not help that my girlfriend is as obsessed as me sending me reels of them on Instagram lmao. I read a post that some scenes included in the trailers were not in the movie so maybe we can have some extra scenes or an extended version of the film lol

Both actors gave wonderful performances. I especially like the varied facial expressions during the film of each guy. Very nuanced yet so rich. Can such a film be nominated for Oscars?
