In this tutorial, I will demonstrate step by step how to print and cut small and large format paper sizes using the silhouette studio program and silhouette cameo.
Print and cut can be use when applying intricate images or designs where vinyl can be used. Print and cut can be used either with your regular home or sublimation printer.

Once again, you’ve made my project easy!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this tutorial!!! I’m working on a kid’s birthday party with characters and this video made the print & cut easy!! THANK YOU 😊 Can you recommend a color printer for larger images for cardstock paper only?

Thanks very much for your kind words and i am always happy when persons get value or understand. I do apologise for the late response. In relation to a printer for larger images you can take a look at the epson brands for example WF7710, 7720, there is also the Epson Et 15000. This could be a bit pricey but they can work amzn.to/2WzcVQy If you are looking for larger then i would go with the Epson Surecolor 570 or the Surecolor 570 pro. What are we using to determine whether the paper is lined up correctly on the mat? I just got my Potrait and have not been able to successfully cut due to an issue with “registration marks” I tried to cut a piece of vinyl assuming I could cut without mat but that didn’t work. Then when I tried to cut with the mat,the machine cut up the top portion of the mat. I can’t keep running out I replace them and I don’t get how it would cut it up like it did. I’m wondering if it’s worth me keeping since I have yet to successfully cut anything 😢😢

Thanks for your question. I would encourage you not to give up. Base on what you describe, It seems like you blade debth maybe to high. Try adjusting the blade debth to help you. In addition, I use the lines at the top and left side of the mat to line up the paper for my print and cut jobs. Dont give up, just take it step by step and it will come to you.
