If you want to start a business, you have option of starting a proprietorship firm, partnership company, limited liability partnership (LLP) or private limited company. Company registration and then tax compliance, ROC compliance is a complex process so you must exactly know which type of startup company you would like to start.
Additionally, for a private limited company, you need MOA (Memorandum of Association) , AOA (Articles of Association) and DIN (Directors Identification Number)

There are 4 type of normally used in registered as company you can say 1 LLP isme sare partner ki details officially show hota hai.. and ye maintain krna bhot easy hota hai kyuki 40 lakh tak audit ki jrurat nh pdti hai.. but iska filling due date 30 May and 31 July hota hai agar 40 lakh se kam ho to cost effective drawback jab bhi partner change hota hai deed change hota hao 2% of capital stamp duty hai on an average 2 private limited normally log yhi bnate hai.. isme Share holder private group of person hote hai mostly. And ye thoda LLP se jyada shi hota hai and company ek ek most benefit ye hai ki isme Share holder ke name show nh hote director ke show hote hai shi hota hai but audit mandatory hai. Every year even nil ho.. mostly filling due date 30 September hota hai Drawback Share freely transferable nh hota hai.. 3 Public limited unlisted:- ye bhot had tak private limited se milta julta hai but Share freely transferable hai.. isme filling thoda sa jyada hota hai.. agar apki investment more then 5 to 10 crore hai to prefer kre aur isme nil ki filling mandatory hai 4 public limited listed on stock exchange:- jab tak 50 cr se upper na ho socho bhi mat bhot jyada filling ki jrurat hoti hai minimum 2-3 lac one year on professional fee lagega Most important company and llp me flat 30% tax lagta hai.. and filing every year chahe nil ho. And ye sare band krna utna asan nh hai except company jispe Fast track closer application hai.. ye bhot selected hai

One point Sir a pvt Ltd company has only a limited liability only with the aspect of repayment of a loan not in any other way. Any company focuses too much in finance. If a companies is unable to pay the loan amount if a loan is taken to start a company why can't the creditors take the company if the company is unable to pay for the loan amount. Is this what you call as limited liability?

Sir ji like your videos very much. I my self being a Law teacher learn a lot from you. ...but in this video you said maximum members in private company is 50 which was under Companies Act 1956 which is not in force...The new Act is Companies Act 2013 and the limit is 200.

Whenever bank is funding to any firm they make sure to take personal guarantees of directors. So they have to pay back the loan taken from banks.

Sir please take a note in firm they are partners not directors. In case of company there are directors and when company takes loan from bank in that scenario only bank take guarantees from directors

Co. = Company When an entity is established under some act/rule, it is said to be incorporated or established under that act/rule. So, incorporation is simply the process of establishing a entity under some act/rule and such an entity is called 'Incorporated Entity' or a 'Corporation'. A corporation may be: 1. A company = incorporated under companies act. e.g. Reliance 2. A statutory corporation = incorporated under some special statute/act. e.g. RBI, SBI 3. A society registered under societies act
