This is actually the dominant fight theme, and it’s called “To Sail Forbidden Seas”.

As much as the vid calls it "Benedikta" boss fight, it's more an overall dominant boss theme and appears multiple times throughout the game when fighting Dominants in their human forms. Still a banger though.
