Nice video. I bought the same fan and installed it with no issues, although my remote is white and looks a little different. Maybe they have changed it. I'm curious if you tried to download the app. I noticed that the QR code takes you to a Chinese website and not the Play Store (I'm on Android). I'm a little leary about installing and using an app that's not on the Play Store.

It is louder than the bigger fans that have a lower RPM but in the same time it's a little bit more slick If you already have a big fan with three blades or four blades I would keep that one But if you installing this one as a new fan just go for it

The part i needed to see was how the plate goes up and where the wires go through it. This didn't help.

You can but they might get out of sync as far as color goes they don't have dedicated remote codes
