As you said, we usually work with product manager or proxy Po instead of PO We understand that PO has many things to handle so how can we work with product manager or proxy Po as PO?

I usually communicate this to the organisation: 1. The Product Managers / Proxy PO is the one to detail the requirements but the Product Owner is still the sole decision maker. 2. Product Owner can send the clarification on how to detail the backlog to the Product Managers. 3. The Product Owner still need to be at Sprint Planning, Review and Retro but does not always need to be with the Scrum team during development. And does not even need to attend Daily Scrum.

@@scrummasterinblack sometimes it is really hard when the company has many subs Feature inside. Then the PO cannot attend to all events...
