Plus: 1) Checking back with the interviewer periodically was done well. 2) Laying out the sequence at the start of the interview puts a structure around the conversation. 3) Giving the user segment a name (Arianne) was a nice touch, so we could follow his journey and even visualize his day. Areas for improvement /clarification: 1) Arianne was identified as a kid with special needs / mental challenges. My own impression was that the description of his day was just like any other kids, who are also wasting time, not learning a new skill etc. 2) There was a brief discussion of a Buy versus Build at the start of the interview, but we hadn't mapped out a solution then. 3) I would like more details on how this new product would support Amazon's overall mission and how AI is used in the final solution. Can a 13-year old kid take stock of his mental health from an app?

What a mess!!!! 3-9 year kids having own laptops, iPhones, and smartwatches. Can Minors even sign up autonomously on Amazon without Parent's consent? Really a bad case study solution
