Milltek 3” / 76mm Catback Exhaust. Developed in collaboration with renowned exhaust manufacturer Milltek Sport, we are now delighted to offer the latest catback system for the Civic EP3. Designed to mate up to any stock fitment manifold, this exhaust is used in the Civic Cup and is ideal for those track users that want to maximise performance from their Type R.

Is that a sports cat on the manifold. That’s something that would take away any harsh high pitched sound so a great idea

Sounds nice i need something to replace the spoon N1 catback i have on at the moment its loud even with the bung. Any reason why its over £200 more on the website a year later

Here in Germany the most are making 230hp after a tune (with Mani, Cat, catback and Hondata airbox)

We haven't yet mapped the car with this system, however you can see with this test car the non-mapped power run has gained a decent 17BHP. So, i could imagine with the correct map it could get more gains.

Were there any dB readings done for the standard car by way of comparison or did I miss it somewhere in the video?

In my Registration (Germany) it says the Standard is 91dB

We didn't conduct any dB tests for the stock system, but with the Tegiwa Manifold and OEM system it still gave a raspy note.

The Tegiwa system features a 70mm pipework from the manifold back and increases to 87.5mm in the tailpipe, compared to the Tegiwa X Milltek which is 3" / 76mm. You don't need exhaust paste when fitting this system. All the hardware you need is provided.

3 questions regarding the exhaust : 1 - The center pipe seems to be pretty low.. I guess if I lowered the car by 35mm the center pipe will touch at every speedbumps ? 2 - The exhaust is shaking under hard acceleration, is it touching the subframe (commons issues after installing header + bigger exhaust on EP3) ? 3 - Any idea if we can get in the future dual tips exhaust like the original one ?

Hi, This exhaust was a prototype at the time of filming. It has now had a revision which prevents it shaking as much as it does within this video. With the car being lowered you will expect it to slightly knock over bumps as per with any aftermarket system and I can confirm it doesn't knock against the subframe.
