When spinach/ spring mix gets like that, you can cook it in a pan with olive oil salt and pepper and it taste SO GOOD!

“i just never ever take a break” y’all, plz be aware that this is not for everyone. youtubers seem to be glorifying this “grind” lifestyle but it’s not always healthy or sustainable. there’s time to do everything, just take it slow. no need to get down on yourself for not doing 6000 things in a single day. be easy on yourselves!

rm1236 im not glorifying a grind lifestyle, i feel really happy when i am productive & i take lots of time throughout the week to relax & have me time. my way of living isnt for everyone & thats okay but im not forcing it on you guys

thank you for this video, keaton! i wanted to go to the gym today but literally had no motivation and i was like "lemme watch one of keaton's videos, it will for sure make me go to the gym, bc if she can manage to do all these things in a day, so can i" and i got my ass up and went. it wasn't the best workout, but at least i got some exercise in, so thank you☺️

lol i get how making your bed is supposed to help you feel productive and put together but honestly won't stop me from laying on it and napping i will nap on top of it all. your videos do always give me the rush of energy i need to get things done though!!

Working 40 hours a week as a manager in a retail store, it’s hard sometimes to fit productive things in. But recently I’ve been making an effort to plan out my off days or even days I’m getting off early. It’s been going “okay” but this video definitely helped me to find the time to fit things in like workouts, groceries and also starting my own KZfaq channel. New subbie btw ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Keaton!! Putting a small rip of a paper towel in your salad/spinach container will keep it from wilting so quick. Avoiding food waste is so important!

Also, I know youve said you dont like the quest bars or other protein bars but cliff bars are sooo yummy and have about 10g of protein which is enough just before the gym!
