Amy, your weekly routine in an 8 minute video touched on so many things I do myself. Let's just start by the calm voice over to the aesthetically pleasing and organized step by step weekly demonstration. I am with you on meal prepping for time saving, keeping me disciplined throughout the week plus it saves me $ avoiding frequent trips to buy food. My routine is similar to yours and I'd like to add that I have moved off from having coffee every day. Instead I'm all about iced matcha tea my way. The benefits are amazing as you pointed out in your other video and I feel great knowing I'm drinking a delicious healthy beverage. Also, I use a daily gentle exfoliator especially during the hotter months and the colder months where my skin is dry. Care in general head to toe inside and out is part of my weight loss, health and wellness journey. You turned me onto that Jojoba oil. I love it for my body, hair and my face. TFS Friend. Thankyou for this video it is summer holls in uk and I'm starting to fray !! Onwards I go. Yesterday was such a disaster lol son wanted yoghurt but I dropped a whole pot it cracked wemt all over the floor then Yesterday I picked up my mug to drink my tea and the handle broke off 😮😅 my patio has grass seed all through it omg
