Don’t use the word mouthpiece…it’s used in a negative connotation…For e.g Blinken is a mouthpiece for the deepstate…it’s used to convey that they are pushing a propaganda or a narrative…rather use the word “voice” …Prof Mirandi gives a voice for the Palestinian ppl and their plight..that is appropriate

Always a pleasure to hear from the sound thinking Professor Marandi. Some Americans hate the American government. Some French citizens hate the French government. Happens in countries. When possible, they are voted out of office. Unfortunately, only a few in government are there due to the voters. Why would it be different when it comes to citizens in Syria. Because some Syrians do not like their government, doesn't mean that countries have the right to interfere.

It's a pleasure to listen to professor Marandi. He's able to explain complex topics in a easy to understand way despite not oversimplifying. I am a bit puzzled by the interviewer's laugh outbreaks during such serious discussions, but it's probably a cultural difference which I cannot understand 🙄. Why the US has military basis and marines stationed in Saudi Arabia, Quatar, Irak, Morocco and many countries. Why the US has declared war outside of international law and consensus against Irak, Yemen by proxies, Afghanistan etc... Why the US has thousands of military forces around the World? The conclusion to draw from these questions is why do we have to question the relations between Iran and Vinezuella, which is a normal relation between two sovereign States? Why exhibit the sense of suspicion about the normal relations between Iran and other coutries in the World, while actually treating wars and intervention and military basis stationed on the soil of many countries against the will of citizens of those countries? Is this is freedom, democracy and the rule of law?

This was a great podcast. I think you are doing a tremendous work by shining the light on very important geopolitical issues. All guest are a top notch. Just one little thing, if I may. I’m not sure if it is an involuntary reaction or even a nervous thing, but Sara’s constant giggling during very serious and detailed conversation is a really distracting. I remember 1979 Jimmy Carter said about Iran, If Iran wants to go back to the Stone Age we are going to help them at the same time Khomeini told Iranians The US is your arch enemy we have to build Iran to be the most powerful to show them they are wrong. And Yes Iran under so many sanctions has managed to claim at the top!
