I'm really impressed by his exaggerated gestures and movements. it really shows that he knows what the costume looks like from other people's perspectives and he's even totally integrated it into his drumming techniques and everything. he\she is an absolute beast to be able to play inside that fricken oven.

I immediately dismissed myself when I thought Brett’s instrument… actually sounded slightly nicer in some ways? Obviously he’s not playing it well, but I thought it had a really nice resonance despite all that. But Nyango’s playing is so good that it was honestly hard to tell for someone like me who has never touched a drum kit. Now I want to see them play the expensive drums

My favorite non-drummer difficulty is being unable to use 2-3 limbs at the same time , haha (not teasing, but I think it makes up for the fact I can't really read sheet music very well). I'm not a very good drummer like legendary Nyango Star, but when I try to teach people a basic rock beat for funsies, you can see their brains go into maximum overdrive trying to figure out how to use hands and feet at the same time

Interview, not so different with tv show, we don't know what's going on behind the scenes, Unless nyango himself reveal her/his gender. From Nyango's gestures, it felt like a woman gesture, so I assumed Nyango was a she. That's just my opinion btw....
