Myphitic Blight-Hauler is my favourite little guy, but everyone says it loses out to the Foetid Bloat Drone. Could you shed some light on what makes the MBH good?

another fun little thing is that the curse of the walking pox works against everything that isnt a monster or vehicle and not just infantery (witch i thought for so long) so even iff you kill beastss,mounted or swarms you get walkers back.

just got home from an RTT, took two 20 man units of pox walkers and they worked incredibly well! went 89 to 70 vs DE round 1, raound 2 was 100 to 34 vs Tsons and game 3 was 100 to 64 vs Nidzilla putting me in first!

I lve been regularly taking typhus with 20x poxwalkers. Just a fun, cheap unit to run and they actually do so much for their point values. It might not be a beatstick unit but it can pull off some funny and tactical plays

I personally absolitly adore Poxwalker... they saved so much games for me in 9th and also secured my victory in some 10th games so far ... never run a list without at least 20 of them 😅

I hope they get battleline in the codex. The combat patrol rules also give you enhancements that eother give them deep strike or the ability to automatically add D6 models back into a unit, those would both be great in a detachment.

Battleline would be pushing this army even further into horde style, which is not supposed to be our identity at all, as hilarious as a walking dead zombie themed list would be, I hope they don't go to battleline

Not sure if it's good tactic but I have used the Startagem of Go To Ground for a invul of 6+. Just adds another level of resilience to the unit

I used this vs the Tsons Vanguard Coach and they tanked sooooo much damage, it's one of the best uses of it

I love Poxwalkers, 3x10 is a staple for me at the moment though I have had some hilarious times with Typhus leading them.

the Maximum amount of Poxwalkers i can bring is 60 (3-20) Right? correct me if I'm wrong on that. I had a dumb idea to fight green horde with pox horde

Can anyone explain to me or answer this question.... So im a brand new player as in new new, got the combat patrol for fathers day - With regards to the Typhus rules and you GET poxwalkers on the certain kills described here... If you haven't lost any poxwalkers do you still "Get more" - like does the ability only Regen ones lost? what if you haven't lost any of your pox walkers and take out the opponents cultists or infantry using typhus? If so, would you technically need to have some off the board the board to throw in when you kill and get some more? where do they go are they attached to typhus? again say you have 20 does that mean you now have 21 in that same squad? OR is that you only get ones back if you've lost some so it just replaces?

It just replaces those who have already died you can never go back over your maximum starting amount

Recommending us to really try them and then next day you play against Vanguard without any in the list? 🥲 Anyways, great review, I shall try them some game!
