Well you must remember he didnt do this the first day or first year or 3d year so your nose will be just fine if you progress slowly:) And yes he does stuff that very few others can do. He is well known here in Norway and he is not a gym rat either. All body weight calisthenic for him.

no, for once its a static exercise and an easier progression for the planche exercise which puts much more emphasis on abs lats and other muscle groups
